When it comes to nutrition you should have balance, balance is the only way to make being in great shape sustainable! Even when I’m traveling and I’m not able to prep my meals at home like I typically do, I’ve been able to create habits that allow me to fuel my body correctly, even when I’m out of my element, and that’s what I preach to all my clients, and I believe that is why so many of them have great success! ⠀

It is very possible to be in your best shape, while still enjoying all your favorite meals. One of my key tips to stay on top of your goals while traveling is to really focus on your calories in and calories out. This allows you to enjoy some of your favorite meals and beverages, without feeling bad about it! ⠀
