Replying to @Sofi 𓆰 𓆪 taylor’s team is the best and we are so lucky that they are constantly looking to make fans’ experiences better 💕 #TSTheErasTourOnTikTok #ErasTour #swiftie #SwiftTok descriptive transcript: me, a white woman with red hair wearing a green t-shirt laying in bed and speaking to camera. i’m replying to a comment that says “we want a storytime!!!” and i say, “I've been upgraded to front row or pit several times at Taylor Swift's shows, including at the Eras Tour, so here is a quick storytime. first show in this video is from the Eras Tour and I was moved to front row of the catwalk on the aisle by security because there was no accessible seat for me. and funnily enough that was the second time I was moved to that exact same seat at the Eras Tour. the other time was because I offered to give my seat to someone else, kind of a long story, just to make people more comfortable and have an enjoyable show, and when another fan that I didn't know and I went up to security to sort of propose this switch he pulled out a stack of physical tickets and upgraded me to that exact front row seat. second show in this video is from the 1989 tour. I had tickets in the nosebleeds I had made a giant light up sign and Taylor's mom came up to me at the beginning of the second song and invited me to the area that she was standing for the show. so it was kind of a pit, but not a place where you could buy tickets. so l got to stand with her mom and watch the show with her. the third show in this video is also from the 1989 tour. and that show, my friend and I went to the Taylor Nation booth before the concert and Ali from Taylor Nation really liked our costumes she asked to take a picture of them for the website, and then after that she offered us front row seats. so we had front row, seats 1 2 3. I always try to mention this when I talk about upgrades in general, but l highly recommend that if you are ever upgraded and you're able to, to go give your original tickets to someone else. so for example, at that show, we had lower bowl seats so we went up to nosebleeds and found people and gave them our lower bowl seats, and then our original seats wouldn't go to waste. and finally, the last show in this video is Formula 1 which was Taylor's only concert that she did in 2016. and that is probably the most simple out of all of these, there was a fan meetup there and at the end Taylor Nation said that everyone who stayed until the end was getting upgraded to this little VIP pit. so they put wristbands on us, and that show was like 80,000 people and it was only GA, and we were put in this little 20 person pit in the front. Taylor's team is always looking for ways to like make these events more special for fans and I'm very fortunate to have been on the receiving end of that ever.” for each show, there is one overlaid image of taylor on stage at the show.
