This is really happening. Trump is destroying a piece of living history- the White House Rose Garden built by Jackie O. As if the fact that he is: hunting immigrants; violating due process; has us on the brink of war; profiteering from the Presidency; tariffing small businesses out of existence; targeting gays; appointing highly unqualified loyalists; antagonizing our allies; costing billions in lost tourism; proposing cutting healthcare for over 10M Americans; indiscriminately firing federal workers; purging generals; cutting funding for crucial scientific research, NOAA and FEMA; attacking our institutions of higher learning; extorting law firms; militarizing our cities; violating judicial orders; accepting $400MM jets from Qatar; pardoning insurrectionists and tax cheats; erasing Black, Latino and gay history.....I could go on and on. But on top of all that, he is freaking paving over Jackie O’s Rose Garden!!! He wants to turn it into a replica of the tacky-as-hell Mar-a-Lago patio.
