A little bit different to my usual content but I’m obsessed with this Poached Chicken + rice with Curry Sauce dish I make at least once a week 🤌🏼. The inspo came from this place on the Gold Coast, I ate it once and I had to try recreate it. It’s SO GOOD 🙌🏽
