For the 10th anniversary of #HurricaneSandy, @UrbanOceanLab (my policy think tank) and @NYCComptroller released a new report. It’s about the critical role community organizations play in preparing for our climate future. 💙 Community organizations are the first on the ground after a disaster and they know what is needed. They are invaluable leaders and partners for city governments.
