Entering a 4th academic year of Berklee quite feeling this Labor Day as proud Union member. The camaraderie as a full time touring musician was amazing, but in hindsight we were pitted against each other as a constant. So different then to band together for better learning conditions for faculty and students alike. #unionstrong
