Accepting my new reality has been an unexpected journey. I’ve been loving this improved Zelie, and now I started getting back on the fitness journey. I started my new journey with pilates. I went into my first pilates class thinking, “This will be so easy. I'm just laying there”. Boy, was I wrong! Whew, this is a lot harder than you may think. Pilates works muscles you didn’t even know you had. My legs came out shaking & Abs popping. Pilates, I'm in love 👏🏽
