I will use my platform to share workouts , education & inspiration. ⁣ ⁣ 3. I will Prioritize my sleep. ⁣ ⁣ 4. I will meditate everyday for at-least 10 mins.⁣ ⁣ 4. I will Improve communication with family & friends. ⁣ ⁣ 5. I will not take anything personally. ⁣ ⁣ 6. I will fuel my body with the nutrient it needs to perform at the highest level mentally & physically. ⁣ ⁣ 7.
