Something that has been keeping me grounded and focused is stating my intention for the week. It helps me become very purposeful about what I spend my time & energy on.
So this week my intentions are :
1. I will Express gratitude for waking up everyday this week.
2. I will use my platform to share workouts , education & inspiration.
3. I will Prioritize my sleep.
4. I will meditate everyday for at-least 10 mins.
4. I will Improve communication with family & friends.
5. I will not take anything personally.
6. I will fuel my body with the nutrient it needs to perform at the highest level mentally & physically.
7. I will keep it Zen & not obsess about the past or the future.
