Tamashī Jiwa by Alexis Dornier The souls of spaces 12th August 2022 It was an honor for Escalier to house a very special collection of luminous sculptures by a celebrated architecture and interior designer, @alexisdornier • Introducing artisanal pieces that are inspired by the idea of transforming the notion of comfort - precisely mundane objects such as down jackets, blankets and stuffed cushions - into a series of luminous sculptures through the craft of Japanese paper making. The Tamashī Jiwa collection is created from the worked up fibres of banana plants and are made and assembled in Bali. We appreciate all the guests and @potatoheadbali team for making the launch an enriching night.
