Before the pandemic I would make time for my annual men’s week at @thegoldendoor to recharge and balance. It has been a very long and difficult 3 years since my last visit. I am checking in today and will be off grid for a week to try to find the balance again. Looking forward to @gregfreyjr feeding me some delicious food this week.
