Co-founder Rafael has had a love for food since he was a child. He learned how to make Tepache by watching his abuela in their family kitchen, where she would ferment pineapple rinds with various fruits in clay pots. 🍍 Fast-forward a few decades and while he’s working in a much larger format, we’d like to think Abuela would be proud! 🥰
