Thursday Night, the party officially kicked off👏 Matt and I hosted welcome drinks in a speak-easy esque bar. We served espresso martinis and sweet vanilla margaritas as our welcome cocktails. I found this gorgeous Danielle Frankle dress/skirt set embroidered with baroque pearls and transparent sequins in one of my first fittings. The minute I put it on I knew it was the one. I convinced Matt to get on the fashion train and he wore a custom suit. I anticipated the first night kicking off the weekend would be fun, but I didn’t anticipate to be up with our friends until 1am. We celebrated, we caught up, we laugh cried, we schmoozed and it was truly the perfect night. To be surrounded by all the people we love who made an effort to come was incredible Seeing cousins I hadn’t seen in a while, watching Matt’s family and mine come together, our closest friends there to support us...
