The number one place you have to go this summer in Europe... Ischia 🍋🍷🍝🌊 This small island off the coast of Naples, Italy was the highlight of two weeks in Europe. It’s less touristy, less crowded and less expensive than other nearby destinations (like Positano and Capri). We had an amazing time exploring the island, eating pasta and drinking spritzes on the beach. I HIGHLY recommend Ischia! Here’s a mini guide to the island: STAY: I stayed at @sanmontanoresort and loved the resort! It’s set high in the hills of Ischia and has insane views of the ocean and island. It also has 10+ pools filled with thermal water (Ischia is known for its thermal baths). DO: A visit to @clubscannella, a beach club on the rocks, is a must. Explore the island’s charming towns if Lacco Ameno, Forio, Sant’Angelo. Hire a boat to watch the sunset from the water. Visit Castello Aragoneae, a castle on the island that dates back to the 5th century B.C. Go to the beach. Spiaggia di San Montano was my favorite. It’s a quiet beach on a bay enclosed on both sides by mountains.
