Cook time: NA Prep time: 15 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients. 250g cream cheese - at room temp 3 tablespoons basil pesto 1 tablespoon crispy chilli oil 1/4 cup walnuts - crushed 12 small basil leaves 12 sorrel leaves salt and pepper to taste Serve with crackers Method. 1. On a 22cm x 32cm chopping board evenly spread the cream cheese. Dollop basil pesto, and crispy chilli oil over the top of the cream cheese. Add crushed walnuts and sprinkle basil and sorrel leaves.
