🌟 You might have heard about Micro-Coring...the newest advanced treatment for wrinkles. Healing is rapid ..as can be seen in the pics at 1 week out..with the cores already closed and just a little visible bruising. 👉 Well..what is it? Micro-coring, AKA fractional tissue extraction or micro-exisional skin removal involves making tiny holes or punches in the skin using a device without heat or laser energy. 👉How does it work?? After numbing with local anesthesia, the dermal micro-coring procedure can take approximately 25 to 30 minutes to treat the cheeks Each micro-core is less than 0.7 millimeters in diameter; they are placed in a pattern across the mid- and lower face, scarlessly removing up 5 to 10 % percent of the total surface area to shrink and tighten the skin and stimulate collagen and elastin growth in the dermis of the skin.
