It’s the perfect balance of signature dirty martini flavors while still being light and refreshing. And the lower ABV makes your mornings after less worrisome. Ingredients (per serving): - 1 oz of gin - 1 oz of dry vermouth - 1/2 oz of olive brine - 2 dashes of orange bitters - 3 oz of club soda - olives and olive oil to garnish Combine all ingredients with ice in a balloon glass, and stir until combined. Garnish with three olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
