Had such a fun time unplugging and being with myself on a solo retreat to Miraval Arizona 🥺 activities included: meditation/ yoga classes, daily massage, playing with the horses onsite, trying unlimited dishes from their AMAZING restaurant, 6am hike, catching the sunset at 7:27pm each night, pushing myself on the adventure course, and relaxing in the spa in between activities 😌
