Find more recipes for the holidays on our website (link in bio) Citrus Spice & Ice INGREDIENTS: ⁃ 1/2 cup Original Topo Chico ⁃ 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 2 oranges) ⁃ 1 inch fresh ginger fresh, peeled and grated ⁃ 1 habanero pepper de-seeded and sliced ⁃ 1 tbsp ground cinnamon ⁃ 1 cup + 1/4 cup granulated sugar ⁃ 1 cinnamon stick and star anise (garnish) RECIPE: Ginger-Habanero Simple Syrup Recipe: 1. Mix 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, grated fresh ginger and sliced habanero in a pot and bring to a boil 2. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from the heat 3. Allow to cool to room temperature, then strain the mixture into a glass jar 4. Keep sealed and refrigerated, will keep for 2 weeks Winter Spiced Orange Mocktail Recipe: 1. To prepare your cocktail glass, use your finger or a brush to paint on fresh orange juice around the outer rim. Try to clean up any drips. 2. Mix 1 tbsp ground cinnamon with 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl. Then roll the edge of the cocktail glass into the mix to get an even cinnamon sugar rim. Place your glass aside. 3. In a large measuring cup, mix 1/2 cup Original Topo Chico, 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice, and 2 teaspoons of the Ginger-Habanero Simple Syrup (add more to taste) 4.
