Add the entire bottle of JUST Egg plus a pinch of salt and pepper to the nonstick pan. Once the JUST Egg has solidified but not yet cooked all the way through, add 1-2 small chopped tomatoes and 1 diced jalapeño and cook for 2-3 minutes. In the meantime, pick your favorite bread. Any would work, but if you can find bolillos or bread for tortas, those work best. Brush your bread with a mixture of oil and garlic salt and toast until desired crispiness.
