HIP MOBILITY & STABILITY FLOW 🔥⁣ ⁣ SAVE & add this flow sequence to your routine. I recommend using this as movement prep for a lower body day or on an “active” recovery day. ⁣ ⁣ ⏰ 2 or 3 rounds is plenty ⁣ 90 secs on each leg. ⁣ ⁣ 🔑 MOBILITY - The free leg goes through a cycle of flexion / extension, int / external rotation plus the figure 4 stretch at the hip. Anything that incorporates some internal rotation is always good since it’s often neglected. ⁣ ⁣ 🔑 STABILITY- Single leg balancing exercise like this are extremely beneficial for anyone.
