hi friends!! nash dump!! brad and i used to live in nashville and this past weekend we flew there with family! this is a very big deal because i have been afraid of flying my whole life (literally my mom says starting at age 2). i managed it by knocking myself out with meds for many years (totally fine but i have a baby to take care of now so i don’t want to sleep). anyways this is something i’ve been working towards for 2 years now, with a lot of help from @dare_response which has changed my life. i had the best time traveling even while being anxious!! i’m sure some people think it’s annoying but if you’ve ever faced a fear you know that hearing about others doing the same can be empowering and that’s why i’m writing this lengthy caption for others. anyways i also saw my badass BIL run the craziest race ever at “murder mile” (he ran for 15 hours straight through steep woods lol), spent time with family, met my best friend’s daughter, and showed june the city where her dad and i fell in love!!!! cool stuff!!! bring fear with you and live life anyways 🌞 i will continue to be afraid of things and i will continue to not let that fear dictate my decisions 🦌
