I’m deeming 2026 the year of Pistol Squats and Pull-ups. Two exercises I believed for too long I couldn’t do. Poppycock! I’m on my way. Gotta work through these deck squats again since it’s been a few months. But the path is before me. I just need to take the next step. ✌️ This is your reminder that you can and should do hard things.
