can’t go wrong with this appetizer 😍 iykyk 1 head cauliflower olive oil salt & pepper harissa tahini sauce: 1/3 cup tahini 1/4 cup water juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tbsp date or maple syrup 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp harissa salt to taste garnishes: chopped pistachios, chopped dates, fresh dill chop cauliflower into small pieces. toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper air fry @ 400° for 8-11 minutes until crispy, tossing halfway (can also bake in the oven — may need to cook a little longer) meanwhile, mix up the harissa tahini sauce add cauliflower to a bowl, toss with harissa tahini, garnish & serve immediately #appetizers #easyrecipes #vegan #veganrecipes #glutenfree #glutenfreerecipes #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #eeeeeats #healthyeating
