nose to tail beef chili! Ingredients: - 1lb beef stew meat or chuck roast - 1 lb ground beef - 1.5 oz beef liver, grated or minced - 1.5 oz beef heart, grated or minced - 1 yellow onion - 3 cloves garlic - 2 cups veggies of choice (zucchini, sweet potato, squash, cauliflower) - 1 large can tomatoes - 1/2 cup bone broth - 1 tsp sea salt - 1/2 tablespoons turmeric - 1 tablespoon chili powder - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp red chili flakes - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1️⃣Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. 2️⃣Season the stew meat with salt and brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and add in ground beef with liver and heart. 3️⃣ Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent. 3️⃣ Add stew meat back into the pan and add veggies. 4️⃣Add canned tomatoes and broth. Season with spices and salt. Stir to combine. A tablespoon of cacao powder adds great flavor. 5️⃣Cook at 275 for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
