Some recent thoughts on body acceptance & mindset. It be really challenging to accept your body as it is. With all of the issues it causes for you, whether thats physical or mental. If you look at yourself in every mirror you pass, and hyper fixating on something you are insecure about, it’s okay. If you don’t feel like the clothes you put on are comfortable or make you feel your best, it’s okay. If you are just tired in how you physically feel, and keep up with body image standards online, it’s okay. It can feel like a nonstop hurricane of self deprivation. And that’s simply okay. Our body is our souls home. Sometimes we make messes inside of it. It can make us frustrated. And at the same time, there’s a glimpse of hope knowing it might be able to be tidied up.
