Made it to Italy... Here are my collections of some Amaros. The bar hanging on the wall is my cousin Luciano‘s grandmothers cheese cabinet that my nieces re-constructed for the TV show to use as my bar. It’s filled with not only all the stuff I use to create cocktails here but it also filled with fun notes and memories and contracts between my family members when we have dinner parties. For instance one of the contract says “From now on my cousin Marcello will pay for all the fish when we eat cioppino for a meal!!”
