duality an instance of opposition or contrast between two concepts or two aspects of something in the past few weeks I’ve become obsessed with the concept of duality. two things that can both be true. the duality of what we can be in performance, and what we are behind the scenes. what our blood is, and what our family is. what we thought, and what we know. what can feel like loss, and be completely fulfilling. what can hurt, and feel so good. what can be unknown, and also be an open door to endless possibility. the duality of equal love for where you’re going, and where you’ve been. and finally the sadness to say goodbye for now, and the happiness to have been able to say hello in the first place. working on the outsiders has taught me that all of these things are true and possible. with the future being so unknown, all I can think about now is how special this show is, and how lucky I was to be a part of a room where anything is possible. thank you to the people who made it this way. cast, creatives, producers, audiences, team...love you. -PB 2022 #staygold 📸: @kaylilemieux , @mirandacornell , #danyataymor (**these are fake cigarettes for the show, I don’t promote smoking tobacco**)
