Here’s one of my favorite low calorie snacks thats helped me with my weightloss;
I usually eat this a few hours after breakfast!💕
(around 10/11am)
-3/4 cup Dairy Free Unsweetened Vanilla Yogurt
-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
-1/3cup Almonds
-1/3 cup Sliced Strawberries
-1/3 cup Blueberries
-Drizzle of Honey
Total Calorie count: around 350
