It’s been raining a lot recently, so what’s better than settling into a little comfort food?
Tried this incredible mushroom risotto yesterday @cibobali. Sous Chef Alberto @chef_pancio tells us he has a secret ingredient, we couldn’t pick it but boy it was good. This is on the October specials menu so don’t miss out!
Lunch started with their amazing cold cuts, the primo prosciutto di parma, hailing from the same region as owner/chef @diegom_82, a Bologna native. Thin slices dressed with green apple and balsamic glaze paired with a green salad made the perfect lunch.
The deli section at Cibo is where I head for my cold cuts, including their own house-made varieties. So good.
Cibo is one of Bali’s best Italians and a great place to find shelter from the rain. Is it on your list?
