Ayyye Happy Meal Prep Sunday 💪🏾 Spring sports have officially started, which means time is limited. Not an excuse, just my reality as a sports parent! But I say it all the time, Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. So even when life gets busy, I keep healthy meal and snack options in the house so I’m never scrambling or unprepared! So this week I’m keeping it EASY with high protein meals and snacks that I already had at home: 🐟 Tuna & Salmon 🍗 Chicken 🍎 Fruits & Veggies 🥣 Greek Yogurt 🍲 Soups 🥤 Protein Shakes 🍚 Brown Rice 🍏 Apple Chips 🍠 Sweet Potato Chips 🫐 Blueberry Almonds 💪🏾 Protein Bars 🍳Turkey Sausage Scrambles 💧 And as always... WATER to stay hydrated! Busy season doesn’t cancel discipline. It just requires being more intentional! Let me know, Do you keep any of these proteins and snacks in your house just in case?
