Yesterday might have been International Gin and Tonic Day, but every day is a good day for a Gin and Tonic around here. With our love for fresh ingredients, we're especially fond of building Gin Tonicas Spanish style. Here, we're echoing the fennel in our Terroir gin with fresh fennel fronds in the drink. Sliced lemon plays off of the citrus in Terroir, while dried rose hips and juniper berries add a beautiful breadth of color to go along with their aromatics. Anyone else have some favorite botanicals you love for garnishing G&Ts?
