My husband and I love to host! We love working together to create a menu, planning a tablescape that is memorable and layering our home so that guests feel warm and cozy. Having family and friends over means spending valuable time with the ones you love the most. It’s about being present and creating quality moments that you’ll take with you forever. I love when the atmosphere creates a memory in it of itself; the smell of a home, the cracking noise of a fire, the evening jazz playing in the background, the moments where everyone is laughing until their bellies hurt on the sofa you melt into, the cats are snuggled on the shearling rugs and the smell of fresh tomato confit being pulled out of the oven are what it’s all about.
