Here’s how to handle a bad review,
 ✨Always reply, you want to own that review and let other prospective clients see that you reply with class and knowledge. 

✨Ask your self... Could I have done better? Learn from it, and acknowledge if you need to make anything different the next time. 

✨Let it go..move on, change the narrative. Lead people into your social media. When people go into your feed or website and they see that you are providing other clients with high quality service, it will negate anything that bad review could have ever questioned
