From the saints and the prophets who were swallowed by the whale and never left. Nat Turner, after his visions in the corn field, after the revolution that wasn't, was dismembered and they rendered his body into soap. Nongqwuse being dressed up for a photograph by a white woman displaying "her" prophet. Hong Xiuquan's ashes blasted from a cannon in Nanjing.
