@aeats, my biggest wish is that I met you sooner so you could’ve met the first love of my life (#daddysgirl) This years feels a little different celebrating my dads what would’ve been (and still is) 65th birthday. It’s also 365 days that Alex made today even more celebrated. Since my dad left earthside in 2008, a hawk has been my connection to his spirit. This time last year we were first timers Montana. I found it odd that we hadn’t seen 1 hawk over the course of the week we were there. Until September 9th. And of course he decided to do a fly by as Alex proposed. So today, yeah it feels more than a celebration of life. HBD dad. Cheers to all of the waves over the years that have led us to this exact spot.
