I love that the practice offers the opportunity to refresh and reset every time I come to my mat. The time to connect during yoga always brings me back to what’s really important; being peaceful and patient and having love for myself and those around me. I’m inspired by the benefits I’ve received from the practice and love being able to share that with my students. I pull from the needs of the students when I design my classes, but also from the wealth of knowledge that is available around me thanks to all of the incredible teachers in our community.
