Ok, this came out pretty tasty: roasted lamb and potatoes with sauteed string beans. The lamb was rubbed with fresh garlic, dried oregano and mint; potatoes tossed in lemon juice, paprika, and olive oil; the beans were sauteed in rendered pork fat and butter. The wine went along very well. It was rich and robust without overwhelming the meal.
