At over 14-feet-high, “Giant Figure (Cyclops)” by Thomas Houseago seems imposing and dangerous. However, walk around Cyclops and the sculpture feels precarious. “He lumbers over you in the gallery,” says Broad curator Ed Schad. “And he feels like he could fall over like he was assembled out of bits and pieces.”
