LOWER BODY WORKOUT 🖤 My legs feel on fire today after this! I swapped in a few different exercises for yesterday’s lower body workout so I thought I’d film it too. I’ve been progressing really well with squats but I’d still like to improve some areas so I’m working on that. I look back and remember feeling SO intimidated by the rack when I first started and now I’m squatting with the weight of an actual adult human on my back 😂 I’ve not done hip thrusts in a long time so I introduced them back in, along with Bulgarian split squats, dumbbell RDLs, and cable glute kickbacks.
