Now seems like the perfect time to introduce myself. My full name is Xavier Quentin Hernandez and I am 21yrs old! I have been in the hair industry for just about 2yrs now and have recently branched off from a franchise salon to embark on my own journey. Now, I am in love with all things hair but most importantly I am in love with how empowering hair can make an individual feel...and that is what makes my career worth it!
