Not the update I want to give, but I always want to be transparent in what we struggle with as athletes. Devastated is about how I was feeling the past few days. I was planning to be heading to Cozumel 70.3 tomorrow, but making the tough call to stay home after some unforeseen life events that put me out of training for a few days and drained me. I’m so grateful I able to be there for my family during this time and that my body is still injury free, but juggling so much the past months, this put the final nail in the ⚰️ for me. Trying to be okay and getting there day by day, but I know it will take a little time.
