Introducing @riveting.club ! A book club for queers (and allies). This year, I wanted to make new friends and read a ton. I thought maybe other people would, too! I’ve been feeling a bit fatigued by meeting people through apps, clubs, and activities primarily focused on drinking (although those can be super fun, too!) This book club is 100% free, but I’ve added a few more options in case you’d like a bit more accountability (and all six books). We’ll be hosting monthly meetings IRL (pending on how COVID is going, you know) but if you’re only able to join digitally, we’ll have that too. I’m really stoked about this collection of books, and the opportunity to make new friends in the context of sharing ideas, perspectives, and celebrating queer writers.
