đź§ CBT reminder as we survive day 328 of January:
Feeling drained doesn’t mean you’re failing- it means you’re human.
When energy is low, your brain loves to jump to harsh conclusions. Pause and notice the thought, then gently question it.
You don’t need motivation to begin. Take one small, doable action and let momentum follow. Lower the bar. Progress counts even when it’s quiet.
This season will shift. Until then, lead with compassion, not criticism.
