You can practice only on a Reformer and get stronger (if the teacher understands progressive loading) You can practice on every available apparatus known to man “working the system” perfectly and not see any results (if the teacher doesn’t understand progressive loading) No shame if you love “working the system”. But don’t get duped. It’s not a magic system that only gets you stronger when you work it “properly”. Pilates is exercise. It doesn’t fall outside the scope of current exercise science understanding and protocols.
