Of the entire home, my dressing room/closet was the very first space I designed. Today, the room wears many hats 😉. It serves as my morning room, meditation/zen room, hiding place, late night office, & occasional hangout spot for my girls. A surprise during planning was the journey for lighting design. I knew I needed layers of lighting working together to give the space a very specific glow. We planned for: architectural down-lighting (ambient & task lumens), pin lights to spotlight articles, a central decorative hanging fixture, lamps and accent lighting around the entire space. @circalighting design team brought valuable insight on lumens & architectural lighting. The team at @elite_automation designed the accent lighting which illuminates the entire perimeter & large displays. Their team also fully automated the space to ensure all works harmoniously. I absolutely love spending time in here, it is my happy place.
