Their design sensibility is less about the furniture than it is a feeling. “I think people are really more interested in what they're inspired by when putting a space together,” Jordan says. “There's a poster I have my office that reads, ‘I like it. What is it?’ I think design is like that. You see a space and it makes you feel a certain way and you gravitate towards it. You want it to feel comfortable and inviting, not harsh and hard, with just enough contrast and not too much clutter.” In our spring issue, on newsstands now.
