On this day a week ago an incredible moment occurred! To give up another contract with cricket with a team, environment and organisation that you love and to pack your life up again and move back to your beloved home state in Melbourne to pursue a sport which I’m not sure anyone could be more of a nuffy about is something not many people would do! When I think of a word that best describes you as a person it’s fearless! Which I know is something that has been with you through life, your cricketing journey and you have now taken it into footy with you. I am so incredibly proud of you and this new journey you have embarked on. I know it’s not been easy all the time but your desire to be the best you can be along with your positive attitude and your sometimes funny jokes is something that Collingwood are very lucky to have! This journey is something you’ll never forget and I’m glad I got to be there on FaceTime with some of your other favourite people to experience this moment. Proud is an understatement! 🖤🤍
