Your Shadow is Gold ✨ Your shadow is most the embarrassing parts of yourself, the parts that you are most shameful about, the parts of you that you would never share with anyone. It’s the version of you that you repress, suppress, reject, project, silence and shame. Often times it represents your inner child that was not validated, not heard, not seen, or not loved. Not a lot of people want to go into the deep dark shadow and face their ugliest flaws. It takes courage to look in the mirror. But the moment you can accept all parts of yourself - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful, your most authentic self can emerge. Your shadow just wants to be free and once you give it the space to be seen and heard you can then accept, acknowledge, forgive, and listen to what it has to say with compassion. Now you are ready to integrate your shadow back into your soul with divine love and light. The shadow is where the gold is...where the magic is because in that shadow that you are so ashamed of most often is where your purpose lies. Our darkest moments are here to be our biggest lessons. Turn your pain into power. Your purpose is excavated when the light enters the shadow and it transmutes those dark moments into an offering/service you can share to help heal others.
