One of my favorite soup recipes. Bok choy, asparagus, mushrooms, onions, garlic, water and my favorite spices, thyme, herb fest, garlic powder onion powder, chipotle powder, cumin and water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Have you tried arugula in your salad? I love it! It is a bit spicy but it adds a nice kick and a different flavor profile to my salads.
