Why the scale is NOT the best method to track body-fat loss. •Client @emil.aubra.wuckert transformation from start of program to his recent photo shoot with @kaceycolephotography 📸 START (April 2021) •Goal was to lose body-fat and gain muscle WT: 176 lbs Waist: 34 in 12 WEEKS FROM PHOTO SHOOT •Muscle increased, body fat lowered. Main goal now was to get super lean for photo shoot 🔥 WT: 187 lbs Waist: 31 in END (June 2022) WT: 178 (UP 2 pounds from baseline 💪🏽) Waist: 28.75 (👇🏽5.25 inches ) This is a perfect example of why “THE SCALE” is not the most accurate method to track progress. Emil actually GAINED 2 pounds from start to finish. Instead of beating yourself up with more cardio and crushing your metabolism with less food because the scale won’t go down.. Hire a knowledgeable coach or use the following methods to track your progress: METHODS: 🔻Measuring tape-Body circumference 🔻Pictures- Visual 🔻Biofeedback from sleep/stress and hormone levels to account for water retention and weight fluctuations that can affect measurements 🔻Calipers-Skin folds (not used for this prep) Proud of Emil, his execution of the program and all of his hard work.
